Eligibility
Commercial constructions as outlined by common building codes are entitled for certificate under the LEED for New Construction, LEED for presently existing constructions, LEED for Commercial Interiors, LEED for Schools, LEED for Retail,  LEED for Core&Shell ranking system. Construction type includes, but not limited to - offices, retail and servicing organizations, institutional constructions ( libraries, educational facilities, museums and religious institutions), hotels and residential constructions of 4 or more inhabitable floors.

Residential LEEDl
every individual family home and low-rise residential structure must exercise the LEED for Homes Rating System.  Multi-family proposes between four and six floors might use either LEED for Homes, or LEED for New Constructions.
LEED for Existing Buildings
starting September 1, 2008, all projects filing for "LEED for Existing Buildings" have to do so under the "LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance" reading.  Projects which were register for "LEED for Existing Buildings version 2.0"  prior to September 1 will be granted the chance to keep going their certification under version 2.0 or advanced to  "LEED for Existing Buildings: O&M".

Costs and Fees
LEED registration comprises a flat fee paid up in aNon-Members  -   USD600.00dvance at the time of enrollment. The charges are as follows:
